Honor
is a well structured 85 lb. black
male. He became a Junior Hunter (JH) as a puppy, and seeing his
talent, his owner put him into field trial training. He became
Qualified All Age at the age of two and earned his Field
Champion (FC) title with two blue ribbons! His sire is the
famous, FC-AFC Teddy's Ebonstar James, who had 92 all age points
at the age of 6 and qualified for 5 Nationals in his career. He
was the youngest dog at the 2000 National Amateur Field Trial
and a two time National Amateur finalist. Honor's dam is FC-AFC
Dutchman's Gold Midnite Eve, who has 68.5 all age points and
qualified twice for the Nationals. When not working, Honor is a
loving house dog, following his owner while she does her chores.
Dutch is an athletically built
65lb fox red female. She is exceptionally affectionate and has an
easy-to-live-with disposition. Dutch comes from a very strong
field lineage and while she has no formal retriever training, I have found her to
be very intelligent, a fast learner, an eager retriever and very willing to please.
We will be retiring Dutch from our breeding program after this litter.
Our intentions are to keep two puppies from this, her final litter.
Puppies from this litter should excel in all walks of
life from field trial and hunt tests to other performance events such as
tracking and agility, yet they should be calm well mannered family
companions while in and around the house. The puppies should be
intelligent, trainable and talented. Puppies will be
ready to join their new families late July 2008.
