Ernie is a well put together
athletic 75lb yellow male. Ernie has proven
that he is an exceptional dog by being named to the 2003 Derby list
(12pts). He is also Qualified All Age in very limited trialing.
Ernie, like his full brother
Zeke has a truly magnificent pedigree having both parents and
ALL four grandparent titled Field Champions and/or Amateur Field
Champions. Ernie attained his AKC Master Hunter title in style, passing
six straight tests for his title and simultaneously qualify for the 2007
Master National.
Gypsy is a solidly built 80
pound
black female. She began competing in hunt tests in the spring of
2005. She passed 4 out of 4 junior tests and 5 out of 6 senior
tests to complete both her Junior and Senior titles with the AKC.
Gypsy has a truly remarkable pedigree. Thirteen out of fourteen dogs in
her three generation pedigree are title field champions and or amateur
field champions. She is a very energetic dog that performs well in
the field yet is happy to curl up at your feet in the house. Gypsy has been DNA
tested for progressive retinal atrophy as well as central nuclear myopathy (CNM). She is certified clear of both diseases
With 60 field titles in
four generations Ernie and Gypsy are sure to produce some fantastic
puppies. Puppies from this litter should excel in all walks of
life from field trial and hunt tests to other performance events such as
tracking and agility, yet they should be calm well mannered family
companions while in and around the house. The puppies should be
uncommonly intelligent, trainable and talented. Because of the DNA
testing that we have performed on both Gypsy and Ernie, the puppies are
certified to be clear of CNM and PRA. This means that the puppies will never develop
either of these debilitating genetic diseases. Puppies will be
ready to join their new families in July of 2008.
